DEVW 0301 emphasizes college level writing including grammar, paragraph structure, essay form, critical reading and analytical skills. Three class hours and one hour of tutorials per week.

DEVW 0302 emphaxizes basic rhetorical principles of college level wrting including effective paragraph development and essay organization to prepare students for DEVW 1301. Three class hours and one hour of tutorials per week.

Students who do not achive passing scores on the wring portion of the assessment will not be allowed to enroll in DEVW 1301 until remediation requirements are met.
